  5. Products will be shipped according to our shipping policy

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within Thailand only (unless otherwise specified).

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.).

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries due to customer error.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy includes:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals.

  • Products with signs of use or physical damage are not eligible.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Certain products such as software licenses or opened sealed items may not be returnable.
