Welcome to SP INTER GROUP 65 CO., LTD. We are committed to delivering your IT products safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we manage delivery for orders placed through our online store across Thailand.


1. Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver to all provinces within Thailand.
Our shipping partners include reputable local couriers such as Kerry Express, Flash Express, Thai Post, and others to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Currently, we do not support international shipping.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: Immediately after successful payment

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (for in-stock items)

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day

Note: Some specialty items or backordered products may take longer to prepare. Customers will be notified in such cases.

4. Shipping Fees

We offer transparent and fair shipping rates based on weight, size, and delivery location.

Some bulky items (e.g. large monitors, printers, UPS units) may have special handling fees. This will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email or SMS

  • A link to the courier’s tracking page

  • Status updates until your order arrives

You can also check your order status in your online account (if registered).


6. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please contact us if you haven’t received your item within 5 business days from shipment.

  • Damaged upon arrival: Take clear photos of the package and contact us within 24 hours.

  • Lost or not received: We will coordinate with the courier and either re-ship the product or issue a refund, based on investigation results.


7. Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the package:

  • The courier will attempt redelivery (1–2 times depending on courier policy)

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us

  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply)


8. Packaging

All orders are packed securely to protect the items during transport. We may use branded or unbranded packaging depending on product type and stock availability.


9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately based on availability and warehouse locations. You’ll be notified if this happens, and no additional fees will apply.


10. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Please contact us immediately

  • Changes can only be made before the order is shipped

  • Once the package is with the courier, address changes are subject to their policy and may not be guaranteed
