We proudly deliver to all provinces within Thailand.
Our shipping partners include reputable local couriers such as Kerry Express, Flash Express, Thai Post, and others to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Currently, we do not support international shipping.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Order Confirmation: Immediately after successful payment
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (for in-stock items)
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day
Note: Some specialty items or backordered products may take longer to prepare. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking number via email or SMS
A link to the courier’s tracking page
Status updates until your order arrives
You can also check your order status in your online account (if registered).
If your package is:
Delayed: Please contact us if you haven’t received your item within 5 business days from shipment.
Damaged upon arrival: Take clear photos of the package and contact us within 24 hours.
Lost or not received: We will coordinate with the courier and either re-ship the product or issue a refund, based on investigation results.
If no one is available to receive the package:
The courier will attempt redelivery (1–2 times depending on courier policy)
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us
We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply)
All orders are packed securely to protect the items during transport. We may use branded or unbranded packaging depending on product type and stock availability.
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately based on availability and warehouse locations. You’ll be notified if this happens, and no additional fees will apply.
